Camp Quality New Zealand Inc. operates this site. Our administrative office is located at 1 Dulcie Place, Harewood, Christchurch 8051, telephone (03) 359 6191. The mailing address is P O Box 20430, Bishopdale, Christchurch 8543. The goods on this site are provided in conjunction with Seeit Promotions Ltd, Burrows Street, Tauranga, telephone (07) 579 9220.

Acceptance of Terms
When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order.

Contract, Payment and Delivery all within New Zealand
Orders will only be accepted by Camp Quality New Zealand Inc. and payment is to be made in NZ currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Camp Quality New Zealand Inc and Seeit Promotions Ltd will deliver goods only within New Zealand.

Product Availability
Product may be added to or removed from the site from time to time. From time to time products described on the site may not be available. While Camp Quality New Zealand Inc. and Seeit promotions Ltd do not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.

Orders, Price and Payment
Products may be ordered by following the instructions on the catalogue pages of this site.

All prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time.

No order will be accepted for delivery outside New Zealand.

Delivery and Freight
Delivery charges within mainland North Island and South Island New Zealand will be calculated for each order and shown as a separate item before you choose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. Delivery will be by courier chosen by Seeit Promotions Ltd.

For delivery to an offshore island of New Zealand please enter the details of the pick up point or shipping agent on the mainland at which it would be convenient for you to have the order delivered. Camp Quality New Zealand Inc’s responsibility for product shall cease on delivery of the order to the shipping agent, properly addressed.

Delivery charges within mainland North Island will incur a $4 delivery fee, and South Island New Zealand will incur an $8 delivery fee for each order. If your order exceeds 15kg in weight Camp Quality New Zealand Inc will contact you to discuss delivery charges before dispatching and charging your credit card.

You must pay by either Visa or MasterCard credit card. Your credit card details are delivered immediately to a secure ecommerce server and our bank immediately debits your card for the cost of the items ordered and of delivery. If Camp Quality New Zealand Inc and Seeit Promotions Ltd are unable to deliver any items, your card will be credited with the full cost and delivery charge for that item debited when the order was placed.

Title and Risk
Your order is not binding until accepted by Camp Quality New Zealand Inc and Seeit Promotions Ltd. Goods are at our risk until delivered to you, or in the case of an offshore island address, until delivered to your shipping agent.

We may deliver each item ordered separately if we choose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.

Cancellation and Product Return
You may cancel this order without charge at any time up to the despatch of goods to your address. Any charge to your credit card will be credited.

*You may return goods because you have changed your mind and do not wish to purchase the goods:

You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging and they must be received by us within 30 days of delivery. Camp Quality New Zealand Inc may at its option either credit your credit card or provide a cheque for a sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and delivery costs.

* You may return the goods if they are faulty or damaged, or where the goods delivered are not those you ordered:

You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging and they must be received by us within 30 days of delivery. You may chose to have the goods replaced without further charge, or your credit card will be credited with the cost of the goods including the cost of handling and delivery.

All goods returned must be in original condition and packaging and include all accessories and the invoice or delivery docket. All goods except faulty goods must be unopened.

Warranties
Camp Quality New Zealand Inc and Seeit Promotions Ltd give no express guarantees unless they are in writing. Camp Quality New Zealand Inc and Seeit Promotions Ltd will replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing on this site is to be construed as a recommendation to use any particular product.

Limitation of Liability
Camp Quality New Zealand Inc and Seeit Promotions are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the material on this site.
